Today, the Federal Trade Commission announced that it is extending for sixty days the period to submit comments in connection with the agency's review of the Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising.  The new comment deadline is June 22, 2020. 

The FTC said that it is extending the comment period in response to "requests from potential commenters for additional time to file comments due to the Coronavirus pandemic."
