KT Health has agreed to settle claims that it falsely advertised the benefits of using KT Tape.  KT Health advertised that the athletic tape could "keep you pain free" and "prevent injury."  

A class action settlement has been given preliminary approval by a federal district court in Massachusetts. 

The plaintiff . . . argued KT Health’s claims around pain relief and injury prevention allowed the firm to charge around 10 times the price of traditional compression tape
