About me

Kendra G. Berry is an Associate in the Trademark & Brand Management Group.

Ms. Berry focuses her practice on all aspects of international and domestic brand building and brand protection. She assists with performing preliminary and full trademark clearances, as well as securing, enforcing and protecting trademark rights.

Prior to joining Frankfurt Kurnit, Ms. Berry was an associate at Debevoise & Plimpton in the Intellectual Property Litigation group. During her time at Debevoise, Ms. Berry counseled clients on a wide variety of trademark issues including infringement, prosecution, and enforcement. She worked extensively on trademark and advertising litigation matters at the District and Appellate Court level.

Ms. Berry graduated from the University of Michigan Law School where she served as the Executive Articles Editor of the Michigan Business & Entrepreneurial Law Review. Ms. Berry graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Health.

She is admitted to practice in New York.
