From November 15th through the 17th, the Association of National Advertisers will be hosting its annual Masters of Advertising Law Conference in Orlando, Florida.
As we have for many years, a big group from the firm will speaking at and attending the conference. We hope we'll see you at some of our presentations:
- Tyler Maulsby will be speaking on “Ethics for Advertising Lawyers”;
- Hannah Taylor and Daniel Goldberg, along with lawyers from Expedia and Yum! Brands, will be speaking on “Top 10 Technology Law Issues for Advertising Lawyers”;
- Jeffrey A. Greenbaum will be moderating a panel, “Hot Topics in Environmental Marketing Around the World," which includes members of the Global Advertising Lawyers Alliance from the Netherlands, Mexico, and Canada;
- Brian G. Murphy will be presenting “Your Make Up is Terrible: What Drag Queens Can Teach Advertising Lawyers About IP Protection”; and
- Dorian Slater Thomas and Matthew R.D. Vittone will be hosting a roundtable on “Contractual Provisions of 2023.”
