My colleague, Wendy Stryker, and I are proud to be participating in this 4A's workshop. This workshop will help agencies and other companies in the creative industries understand what they need to know about preventing discrimination and harassment in the workplace.
This workshop will review the relevant laws and definitions governing workplace discrimination and harassment, clarify the obligations of management and supervisors, review case studies, and discuss how these laws and obligations intersect in the context of a creative work environment.
