Walmart was sued this week in federal court in California over claims that it misled consumers about the source of its Organic Marketside brand of eggs.  According to the lawsuit, although Walmart promoted the eggs as coming from hens that had "outdoor access," the hens did not actually have the ability to go outside.  The lawsuit alleges that the hens' access to the outdoors was just screens that let air in.
